How To Upload Documents

You are not required to attach any documents to your application. However, if you do have documents such as tax records or a drivers license picture that you would like to attach to your application, click the 'Choose Files to Upload' button located on the left of this webpage. After the file selection dialog opens, navigate to the location of your documents.

Select one file at a time OR select multiple files by holding the 'Control' key down while you click on several different documents at once. After selecting your files cick the 'Open' button located on the bottom right of the file dialog box.

If you are happy with your selection of files to upload click the 'Attach Files to Record' button. If, after doing so, you realize there are more files that need to be uploaded simply repeat the steps above.
